Waitlist Privacy Notice
In short
We keep your email address and any details you choose to share to manage the waitlist and tell you when Sewara is ready. Your data is encrypted, stored in Singapore, and deleted after 12 months or when you unsubscribe.

Who is responsible
Sewara is run by an individual developer. Contact: support@sewara.app.
What we collect
Your email address and the date you joined. Optionally, your name, phone number and type of rental business.
One short-lived security cookie protects the form, and we use no advertising or analytics cookies. Like most websites, our hosting providers keep technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security.
How we use it
To manage your registration and email you about it, to tell you when Sewara launches, and to understand which rental businesses are interested. If you share your phone number, we may contact you about early access.
We don't send marketing without your separate consent, and we never sell your data.
Where it is stored
We use trusted service providers for hosting, storage and email delivery. Your data is stored in Singapore. If you're outside Singapore, this means your data is transferred abroad, where we protect it with encryption and access controls.
How long we keep it
12 months from when you join, or less if you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Backups are cleared within seven days after that.
Your choices
Every email has an unsubscribe link that deletes your registration. You can also email support@sewara.app to see, correct or delete your data.
You can complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
We'll publish any changes here and won't use your data for a new purpose without asking.
